When it comes to hypnotherapy, I have been in my clients’ shoes. From my teenage years I had a phobia of birds. As I got older and entered the corporate world for work, I became increasingly anxious, and it was having a debilitating effect on my life. On the recommendation of a friend, I turned to hypnotherapy. I had doubts but they and any phobia were very rapidly removed and replaced with a calmer more confident self.
Having experienced this transformation, myself I became fascinated by the subject learning self-hypnosis and more recently training to become a certified hypnotherapist. Giving me the ability to help others experience the same powerful transformations in their lives.
Hypnotherapy is effective for a myriad of issues including anxiety, confidence, motivation, pain management and sleep issues.
